We are not an online-only platform and do not ship items directly from sterile warehouses. Our online orders are hand-picked straight from the shelves of our physical bookshop in Hyderabad. We take very good care of our books. And every book ordered online is closely inspected by us for any damage before we ship to you. However, because our books live in a real bookshop, it is possible that they may have been picked up, gently browsed or admired, by a fellow book lover before finding their way to you. Your book is new, and is a genuine product sourced directly from the publishers and their authorized distributors. But it may, occasionally, exhibit minor, normal signs of shop life, including very light shelf wear, minor corner softening, or tiny/faint scuffs on the jacket.
