Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipping is currently Free on all orders. 

We generally dispatch orders within a day or two depending on the volumes we are dealing with at that time. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link automatically so you can follow its progress.

We use a range of reliable courier partners and aim to get your books to you within 5–7 days of dispatch. Delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control — courier delays, public holidays, or weather disruptions. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will reach out to keep you informed.

Returns

Every book is individually inspected before it is reserved and packed for dispatch — we want to make sure your copy is in good condition before it leaves us. 

Books once purchased cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, please write to us at hello@lunabooks.in and we will do our best to help. Minor cosmetic variation consistent with the handling of physical books (including light shelf wear) is not considered a damaged or defective book.

While we handle every return in good faith, we reserve the right to review return and refund activity across a customer's order history. Where we identify a repeated pattern of returns or refund requests that is inconsistent with the condition of goods dispatched, we may decline further orders or limit returns for that account, subject to applicable consumer law.
